MCC Foundation Secretary
Carol Russell is a community advocate and former cancer study manager at University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is highly involved in the community, working with the Nebraska Community Foundation, CASA for Douglas County, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Assistance League, Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, Nebraska Educational Telecommunications (NET), Holland Children's Institute, and Nebraska Coalition for Lifesaving Cures, among others.
Carol earned a bachelor's degree in Zoology and Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master's degree in Pathology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is married to Rick Russell, President of Millard Lumber.
Carol has previously served on the MCC Foundation Board of Directors for six years.
