The summer of 2019 will see the installation of equipment, furniture and technology for Precision Machining, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance and Mechanical Drafting areas. These areas will be operational for fall quarter of 2019. The remainder of CAM is scheduled to be open for the fall quarter of 2020.

The two-phase project started with Phase I in late January 2019 with the renovation of the Industrial Training Center to create the new Center for Advanced Manufacturing. Phase I will continue through June 2020. Phase II will see the construction of the new automotive training center, estimated to begin construction in Fall 2019. The two-phase project is scheduled for completion by Spring 2021.
