Student Wellbeing

Wellness is more than being healthy—it is overall wellbeing that takes into account the many aspects of your life and person: your emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual health. Increasing your wellness in any area will lead to an overall increase in your quality of life.

There are many ways to increase your wellness and resources are available at MCC, in your community, and online. Included below are just a few resources to help you on your way to wellness in different areas of your life:
