We are responsible for a variety of processes including issuing transcripts, transcript evaluation, graduation application, ceremony and enrollment verification.

Registrars Office mission statement
The mission of the Registrars Office is to serve students, staff, faculty and the community by providing excellent customer service in the following areas:
- Processing and maintaining accurate, detailed and updated student records pertaining to credit courses
- Processing of transcript requests and transcript evaluations
- Providing academic enrollment verification information
- Processing and confirming graduation applications
The office is pro actively involved and remains innovative with work flow decisions to best serve all our customers.

The Grade Change and Removal of Permanent Student Grade (for Record Action Appeal) forms can be found on the Forms Bank in the UNITY portal.
Attention GED students: For information about GED transcripts and diplomas, visit the GED Program page.
GED transcripts or diplomas : Must be sent to the appropriate department that is requesting them. The Registrars Office does not retain GED credentials and forwards them to the Financial Aid office if there is no indication of where they need to be sent to.
